just an update on my previous thread.as you know, my mother in law who is a jw, asked me to conduct the funeral for my father in law.i am disassociated.
apparently, the elders wrote to the society and had a meeting today.
the outcome is that noone is allowed to come to the funeral, not even close friends of my mother in law from the hall.

I had a similar situation - the entire cong boycotted my Mom's funeral last year - but it was all done behind closed doors - and I am neither Df'd or DA'd -
